  • Patricia’s Green- Patricia’s Green is a modest yet magnetic Hayes Valley pocket-park—born from the activism of Patricia Walkup, it replaced a shadowy freeway spur with a slender, beautifully landscaped green space framed by cafes, boutiques, and ever-rotating public art. People love it as a vibrant urban living room where dogs mingle, kids play, friends chat over ice cream, and art invites you to linger—proof that brilliant design can make even a small patch of grass feel like the heart of a neighborhood.
  • SFJAZZ Center- San Francisco’s sleek, glass-wrapped beacon for jazz—opening in 2013 as the nation’s first freestanding building purpose-built for jazz performance and education, featuring sun-lit public spaces, world-class acoustics, and two performance halls tucked into a dazzling Hayes Valley locale.
