From our first walkthrough, I knew Danny was going to be my realtor and that we’d have a successful result. He immediately identified my home as a “view home” and identified opportunities for home improvements that would increase the home value and accentuate the view. He put together a scope, timeline, and budget for renovations that he stuck to exactly (even general contractors can’t do this, let alone realtors!). I could swear we saw EVERY listing that came on the market for over three months. Danny and his colleague John showed us every single home, mask gloves and all. It was quite a surprise then that Danny was able to get us into contract with our first offer! His exhaustive review of the comps and multiple conversations with the listing agent helped us to have an accurate expectation of where the home would go. On top of that, he coached us on which contingencies to waive and how to write a competitive offer. There were 6 offers on our home, and by coming in as a strong #1 Danny prevented the deal from going into counter offers and going deeper into a bidding war. We also worked with Danny’s transaction helper Tivai, and his preferred lender Brady Thomas. As a team, they helped us to ensure a smooth and timely close to our escrow.
