From our first walkthrough, I knew Danny was going to be my realtor and that we’d have a successful result. He immediately identified my home as a “view home” and identified opportunities for home improvements that would increase the home value and accentuate the view. He put together a scope, timeline, and budget for renovations that he stuck to exactly (even general contractors can’t do this, let alone realtors!). Not only that, but he fronted the costs of the renovations too so I wasn’t put further out of pocket! When it came time for staging, he brought in the absolute best and staged the house impeccably.
